Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Life365 Studio mobile applications and related services (hereby referred to as "Applications") created by Life365 Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Applications are provided as free, paid, subscription, or in-app purchase supported services, depending on the product and platform. These services are intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Applications may collect information when you download, access, or use them. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages, screens, or features of the Applications that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages, screens, or features
• The time spent using the Applications
• The operating system and device information you use on your mobile device
• Location-related information where a location-based feature is used and permitted by you or your device settings

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to operate the Applications, improve features, provide support, send required notices, and contact you with important information or relevant promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Applications, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Health Connect and Sleep Data

NiceSleep may request Android Health Connect permissions to read and write sleep data only after you grant permission. The Health Connect data type used by NiceSleep is sleep session data, including SleepSession records, sleep start and end times, sleep stage intervals and stage names, record source metadata, and NiceSleep titles or notes when NiceSleep writes a record.

NiceSleep uses this sleep health data to import sleep sessions, show sleep history and analysis, avoid duplicate sleep records, and optionally write NiceSleep sleep sessions back to Health Connect for your personal tracking. NiceSleep does not sell sleep health data, use it for advertising, use it to determine credit, insurance, employment, or lending eligibility, or share it with third parties except as required by law or when you explicitly direct the app to write data to Health Connect.

Health Connect sleep data imported into NiceSleep is stored in the app's local database on your device. Android cloud backup snapshots created by NiceSleep exclude Health Connect-origin data. Data written to Health Connect is stored and managed by Health Connect on your device under Android's Health Connect controls.

You can revoke NiceSleep's Health Connect permissions at any time in Health Connect or Android settings. Revoking permission stops future Health Connect access but does not automatically delete sleep records already saved in NiceSleep or Health Connect. You can delete local NiceSleep sleep records in the app, clear app data, uninstall the app, or contact tinysoft.top@gmail.com to request deletion help. To delete records stored in Health Connect, use the Health Connect app or Android Health Connect settings.

Third Party Access

Aggregated, anonymized, or diagnostic data may be transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Applications and related services. The Service Provider may share information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that the Applications may use third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. Below are links to Privacy Policies of third-party service providers that may be used by the Applications:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Google AdMob

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to follow the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Applications by uninstalling them. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided through the Applications, please contact tinysoft.top@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Applications to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Applications do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at tinysoft.top@gmail.com so that they can take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Applications, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
