Terms of Service
These terms and conditions apply to Life365 Studio mobile applications and related services (hereby referred to as "Applications") created by Life365 Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). Some Applications are free, while others may include paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases that are clearly presented before purchase.
By downloading or using the Applications, you agree to these terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms before using the Applications. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Applications, any part of the Applications, or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract source code, translate the Applications into other languages, or create derivative versions is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Applications remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Applications are as useful and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Applications or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for Applications or related services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Applications may store and process personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide the service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Applications. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Applications not functioning correctly or at all.
Please note that the Applications may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers that may be used by the Applications:
Some functions of the Applications may require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if an Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Applications outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage or other third-party charges. By using the Applications, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Applications outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Applications, the Service Provider assumes that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Applications. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the services, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the Applications, while they strive to ensure that the Applications are updated and accurate, they may rely on third parties to provide information or services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality.
The Service Provider may update the Applications from time to time. Requirements for operating systems and supported platforms may change, and you may need to download updates if you want to continue using the Applications. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Applications will always be updated so that they are relevant to you or compatible with every operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the Applications when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing any Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the affected Applications, and (if necessary) delete them from your device.
Changes to These Terms of Service
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms of Service. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
